Facebook Status Googler, for Greasemonkey
How many times have you gone over your friends’ status updates and wondered what the hell they were talking about, only to Google it and discover it’s a quote from an obscure song or TV show?
Are you tired of selecting their text, copy/pasting it to Google and searching? I know I am.
Enter the Facebook Status Googler script for Greasemonkey! It will add a small ‘Google it’ link after every status update in the main news feed that you can click and search immediately!
Tested with Greasemetal 0.2 under Google Chrome, and on Greasemonkey 0.8 under Firefox 3.0.4.
